Week 1 — Node.js Basics

Session 1: What is Node.js, install, npm, first script
Session 2: Modules (require/exports), built-in modules (fs, path)
Session 3: Creating a simple HTTP server
Session 4: npm packages, package.json, nodemon
Session 5: Practice — file read/write & simple server

Week 2 — Express Framework

Session 6: Express setup, routes, request/response
Session 7: Middleware, static files, body-parser
Session 8: Route parameters & query strings
Session 9: REST API structure (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
Session 10: Practice — in-memory CRUD API

Week 3 — MongoDB & Mongoose

Session 11: MongoDB intro, Compass / Atlas setup
Session 12: Mongoose — schemas, models, connect
Session 13: CRUD with Mongoose
Session 14: Validation & error handling basics
Session 15: Practice — full CRUD API with DB

Week 4 — Auth Intro & Project

Session 16: Environment variables (.env)
Session 17: Simple JWT / session auth intro
Session 18: Project structure & best practices
Session 19: Mini project (notes API / simple blog backend / task API)
Session 20: Project review, revision & assessment

Outcome: Build a basic Express + MongoDB REST API with CRUD and intro to authentication.
